*’Northeast Florida’s first pro-wrestling fan convention slammed into the Jacksonville Fairgrounds Expo Center Saturday and Sunday, June 12th and 13th 2021, for a weekend event to be remembered, and The Contrast Project was in the house covering all of the excitement!
Hosts Tracy Rigdon and Shelton Hull also welcomed our newest Field Correspondent, Roselie Mendez from Central Florida. Rosie was so excited to be joining the team and was thrilled when legendary referee and manager, ‘Bill Alfonso’.
“William Matthew “Bill” Sierra (born August 11, 1957) is an American former professional wrestling referee and manager better known by his ring name Bill Alfonso. He achieved his greatest success in Extreme Championship Wrestling in the mid-to-late 1990s. He is well known for the whistle that was almost always hanging around his neck, which he blew constantly during his wrestlers’ matches.”

There was also a cosplay competition and Rosie was more than happy to interview one of the contestants. The Champ!!
