As the Pandemic sweeps across the nation, and the world, one of the previously unrecognized responses has been the toll it’s taken on many peoples mental health and wellbeing. We sat down with Dr Tracye Polson, PhD, LCSW, Clinical Social Work/Therapist to discuss how some people are coping with this phenomenon.
