Florence Haridan – A can do force of good, who understands collaboration is the key to meaningful change!
As a social change agent, Florence is passionate about using her creative skills to make her community a better place. She is an enthusiastic creative force that excels at fostering collaboration & focus.
Transformation of mind, body & spirit helped Florence finally loose 198 pounds and enable her to keep it off for over 15 years. She approached her weight loss as a brand makeover, she looked at every aspect of her life & sought to align them with her values. Florence leveraged her knowledge of design, branding & project management to transform her life in the same way she always did for her clients projects, with focus, compassion & most importantly fun.
Her experience ranges from product development & launch, to realignment & revitalization, all of which have helped her develop a big picture vision. This is one of her greatest skills. She steps back to understand the levels & languages of complex problems.
Florence has successfully run small and large teams for media companies such as McCann Direct, Grey Advertising & AT&T. She has a keen respect for the creative process & embraces the notion that each individual has their unique way of getting things done. Florence believes it is through this personal process that one achieves the greatest flow.
Today Florence is bringing that philosophy to life by growing a social enterprise, Conscious Market. It employs individuals who need a second chance. Is is based on the principles of Character Counts and creativity.
She has recently acquired a new federal certification, CBHT, Community Behavioral Health Technician that allows her to work with those who are challenged by mental illness. She administers PSR, Psycho-social Rehab, a method of healing emotional disabilities. She uses these methods with employed by Conscious Market. She works to partner with local businesses to better understand their social good goals.
Florence continues to seek a deeper understanding of her impact on her local and global world.
