Random acts of kindness. Can we make kindness the norm? Plus the News and more. The Contrast Project Lounge Podcast – S3 – EP10

*This episode has been updated

Random acts of kindness are not only good for the recipient but they’re actually good for your health, and it’s been scientifically researched and proven.

Witnessing acts of kindness produces oxytocin which is occasionally called the ‘love hormone’ which aids in lowering blood pressure and improving overall heart health. Oxytocin also increases our self-esteem and optimism.

Lessens depression, with increased feelings of self worth.
